The special project that debuted live in Jerusalem last February is making its first NYC appearance. Featuring an all-star lineup that includes saxophonist Greg Tardy, pianist Shai Maestro and special guest singer Mika Hary, this concert is part of JCC Manhattan’s Israeli independence day festival.
The Nadav Remez quintet featuring singer Mika Hary debuted the Esther Ofarim tribute to a packed auditorium at Bet Avi Chai in Jerusalem last month.
The band will soon announce USA tour dates, and is planning to record an album this summer.
